Train delays between Swindon and Gloucester after wartime bomb found

Train services between Swindon and Gloucester are returning to normal but some services have been delayed.

Disruption is expected until 4pm. 


Swindon Advertiser:

Earlier, due to a wartime bomb being found near the railway at Kemble, all lines were blocked. 

The Swindon to Gloucester trains runs through Kemble, Stroud and Stonehouse. 

Train services between Gloucester and Cheltenham Spa have been running normally.
