Halloween Half Term Activities

A range of spooktacular family-friendly activities suitable for all ages and abilities!

Halloween Trails (Every day from Tuesday 24 October – Sunday 29 October)

Join us for another year of amazing Halloween-themed trails around our galleries!

Follow the Pumpkin Trail for a fun quiz around the galleries. Answer the questions right and you might just get a treat at the end! ‘Spot the Bat’ is a simple counting trail – find the bats hidden amongst our collections on display and win a prize if you find them all!

All the family can join in just pick up your chosen trail sheet from Reception.

LEGO® Engineering Workshops (Pre-bookable sessions included in entry fee Tuesday 24th Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th October)

Unleash your inner engineer and build a vehicle from LEGO® that will actually drive!

Led by our Education Officer Andrew these sessions are limited in capacity to allow for suitable supervision please book your space in advance to avoid disappointment. Recommended for ages 7 and above.

Assault Course (Drop-in Tuesday 24th Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th October)

Challenge yourself to our miniature army-style assault course based on our grounds. Supervised by serving REME soldiers you’ll be sure to have fun and surprise yourself!

(Please note: This activity is weather dependent)

All activities are included within regular entry to the museum. A museum entry ticket must be held to access the activities.
